But Lambo’s nemesis Ferrari was never far behind, and the two Italian thoroughbreds dominated the market, with a succession of beautiful supercars throughout the decade. Hyundai Veloster Turbo confirmed for the UK Just the other day – ahead of the SEMA show – Hyundai’s US boss confirmed that the new Veloster will be coming as more than just a pedestrian coupe, with plans to launch the Hyundai Veloster Turbo in to the US. Hyundai UK were unable to confirm the UK would get the Velsoter Turbo at the time, but hot on the heels of the news overnight that Hyundai will take the Velsoter Turbo in Australia, we’ve had an email confirming the UK too will see the turbo version of the Velsoter on offer when it hits the UK in 2012. Nissan Land Glider, Leaf, Roox star at Tokyo

The Leaf, which was unveiled earlier this summer, will receive its world show debut but this is the first time we've seen the new Nissan Land Glider – a narrow electric vehicle concept that leans into corners.The Land Glider is an urban transport solution, Nissan's take on how we could whizz around town in a decade's time. It has a cigar-thin body with room for just one passenger and Nissan says its width will reduce congestion and make it easy to park.
